KWS WB-16 13L/55 Cups Commercial Stainless Steel Insulated Water Boiler & Warmer - Silver | For Coffee Shops, Restaurants & Office Break Rooms

I bought KWS WB-16 13L/ 55 Cups Commercial Heat Insulated Water Boiler on 5/24/2018.It was recommended to me by a friend who did extensive research and ended up buying an even bigger model of this boiler. I liked what I saw: the boiler is insulated, so it is not as hot outside as many others, the water is hotter than in many others, it doesn't pretend to be a coffee pot: it's just a dedicated, well-made, "commercial" device.My requirements were simple: I need something a bit bigger than usual - and I want it to last longer than the consumer-grade boilers one can get in the brick-and-mortar store. This one is the size I want, but it died in the middle of 12/2018, less than 7 months after I got it. This is LESS than what the crappy consumer-grade boilers usually last me! My friend reports that his also broke down already, and the same way: it doesn't boil water any more (although the indicator lights do work: heating element burned out?), so this seems to be not a fluke.Two attempts to contact the company via Amazon replacement request (on 12/23/2018 and again on 1/1/2019) resulted in absolutely no reaction (customer service burned out too?), so it seems I am out a price of allegedly "commercial" boiler which lasted less than I'd expect a "non-commercial" one would, and no recourse (and no boiler).So far, everything worked good, not leaks. The water temperature is high enough. But I don’t know why the water taste different than a kettle boiled water, may be it is because the mechine is warms the water so often. Anyway, I don’t like drinking water from this water Boiler.I work on a boat a been thru alot of water boilers and this is the best. It heats fast but the best part it stays hot for a long time. Also it is very durable we hit a wave and it fell off our shelf which is about four feet high the lid stayed on and no dents some scraps to the lid works perfect. I like that it's 950w cause I use a inverter to power it and doesn't kill my batteries. Would recommend only problem is they don't shop to Hawaii. Very sad about that had to ship it to my friends house in the mainland they ship it to me. But still best one yet.its okay , I didn't know that it warms the water every so oftengodThis appliance is easy to operate and easy to clean. It heats water quickly and keeps it near boiling all day long. We use it to provide hot water for the workers at break times for soups or whatever they want. We work outside all day in the cold and this has been very popular. We bought another one also. We did have to raise it up so 12-16 ounce cups would fit under the dispenser spout.I used it for 4 months and it broke down. They said they would send it after a month. What should I do with the business?
