I have NEVER written a review on Amazon but the customer service I received from San Diego Coffee, Tea & Spice could NOT go unrecognized! I originally purchased the 30 count at awesome value, was so impressed with incredible flavor and smoothness of this coffee immediately ordered the 100 count 2 days later. Just a few days ago, I opened the box, noted the color to be differrent (no orange ring on the outside as pictured) and to my disappoint they did not work in my Keurig :( I got the infamous OOPS!!! i log onto my Amazon account and find out I'm out of my return window as well and figure not only do I have 100 pods that i can do nothing with, I'm out my money as well. I emailed the seller, within less than 2hours I had a response assuring me they had 100% product guarantee, and that I would be refunded. They asked a few questions as to what color they were etc..Needless to say.. I was refunded overnight!!! WOW!!! Now wait it gets better!!! ;)I snapped a pic so they knew what I had and I wanted to order what I had in the past (because the COFFEE IS ONE OF THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD!) and asked if they would like them returned? Their response "I have no idea how you received the 1.0 cups Amazon was supposed to send them back to us. I am going to send a new case from our factory in San Diego tomorrow. Please pass the 1.0 cups along to someone who has anolder Keurig. We want them to go to good use." Not only is the coffee superior the customer service without doubt will make me a return customer!!!
