Cups arrived and every sleeve was melted. It was the bottom 16-17 cups on each sleeve. When I was going to return it, I realized I only paid $41 for 1000. Maybe that's why it was so cheap?? I figured for $41 I could throw away the part that was unusable. At this point I think they knew it was like this and sold it for this price counting that we would not return and not worth the hassle. I had to buy another case and that one was completely fine, but that one was at full price $169. Otherwise these are good cups.Love the cups. My issue is that each sleeve was wrapped in copious amounts of plastic. Aren't we trying to avoid that by using these types of cups in the first place?I love this! They came sooner than expected. I noticed many people having problems with them being melted when they received it but mine were fine. I use them for single cupcakes d Banana pudding.Love that they Re better for the environment.We purchased these cups for our wedding to serve wine (purchased 12 oz size to serve beer).Pros:1. Wine taste is not affected and is easier to manage than glass2. Price is actually cheaper than cups at Costco or Sams3. The size is right for wine portions. At parties and events you don't want to pour too much wine into a cup because people spill a lot.4. Ships for free! Right to your home. When planning a big event like a wedding, you don't want to have to worry about these little things. We actually ordered a lot of Amazon, reduced the stress.5. Looks classier than solo cups and easier to manage than glass and makes you look like you care about the environmentCons:1. Not really sure about the eco-friendly part. Not much information on why this cup is better for the earth.2. Really, if you want to be environmentally friendly, don't use disposable cups, but if you have to, I guess these are way better than the cheapie ones.We've had backstock of this for over a year and since the first day of opening have had at least 25% of the sleeves melted completely. Either an issue with transit or the warehouse, definitely inspect all sleeves upon delivery. Otherwise, we love love love these cups as well as the brand and use them in our business often!The cups themselves are fine. Work great individually. However, I was a little disappointed that they can't really be left out in a stack like most cups of this sort. They are very light and even a rather short stack is unstable as the weight of the top cups cause the entire stack to shift and slide around like the old toy 'slinky'. The design is also different than this picture. Instead of a single green band across the bottom it was diagonal swirls of green. I would have much preferred the single line shown. Again, did not work well for my intentions of leaving out a stack next to my water cooler. Will not likely reorder these.These cups are great, however they are shorter rather then taller which makes them not so sturdy. The material is quite soft, so holding a full cup of liquid is not easy.Am so glad this company exists. I'm happy to continue to put my business's money in this company.
