I love it it's not slippery.Good color overall impressiveI have now purchased two of these- I got one for myself over a year ago, and now I’ve gotten one for my mom. The finish on both mugs is holding up great (always hand wash) and the personalization looks good, too. No peeling or chipping of the finish. I’m not crazy about the lid that comes with this mug (hard to clean the slider) so I replaced it with a Yeti magslider (knockoff) lid. It’s my favorite mug, and I use it every day. The other three people in my family have Yetis, and I’ve used them- this mug keeps my coffee warm every bit as well as the Yeti. And mine is cuter! I got the rose gold for myself, and the purple for my mom- the colors were exactly as pictured in the listing. Try this mug, you’ll love it!The cup itself is pretty and of very good quality. But I had a problem because the seller did not do the design that I asked for. Perhaps he/she did not understand my instructions; but he/she did not reach out to me with a question to clarify. They just did a different style altogether. This irritated me very much, because I had picked this out for a graduation gift, and when I received it in the mail, it was already a day after the graduation party. I opened it up,...and I was shocked and very upset. The style I chose was a monogram H with the name Heather underneath. Instead, they sent me the style of the name Heather in script, with no monogram.I decided to go ahead and give her the cup anyway, and she really did like it.I got this as a gift for my husband when we were dating and he used it so much that I got jealous and got one for myself! Lol. It's lovely. The engraving is high quality and it actually keeps warm drinks hot for several hours. Definitely recommend!Exactly as advertised.Retains heat well and lettering is exactly as expected.The only thing that could use improvement is the lid- it's made of a plastic that slides back to allow for drinking. I've noticed it's really hard to clean inside this area that slides, unless there's a secret way of taking it apart, I'm experiencing some buildup that requires a long hot soak.I got one made for my husband as a Father’s Day gift and he loves it. I was impressed with it! The text is basically engraved so it’s safe to wash. It is leak proof, as the seal on it is great. All in all I say it’s a great product for a great price. It’s worth it!My dad loves his new mug "Worlds Best Grandpa" and uses it every morning. He loves huge coffees and this was big enough for him!
