I ordered this mug as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. It came in a very timely manner, but unfortunately, it had somehow gotten mixed up with another order and the name was incorrect. I contracted the seller the same day. By the next morning, they had answered my email, apologizing for the mix-up, refunded my money AND promised to replace the mug at no cost! Five days later, I had the replacement mug, with the correct name and beautifully done. I love it and I’m sure my granddaughter will, as well! What customer service! I would recommend this company to anyone and I’m sure I will purchase from them again at every opportunity! One more reason to buy USA made goods.Loved the Lion mug but they messed up the name unfortunately. I wanted the name to read 'Debbie' as a gift for my mother on Christmas but they left out the e at the end so it says 'Debbi' :( now i have to find her a new giftI love this customizable mug. I gave it to my boyfriend as a gift and it was perfect. The name WAS NOT spelled wrong! The mug has the picture and name on two sides of the cup. The picture is like watercolors and I really like the black details. Capable of being hand or machine washed.I love this cup it's very nice and durable. I just think it's a little bit overpriced but other than that I am satisfied.This is a beautiful and well constructed mug. Had name painted on the mug and it looks wonderful.Loved their gift.
